Policy Changes

To all our valued customers:

In an attempt to streamline our business, we have implemented 2 new policies effective 8/15/2013.  A 50% deposit will now be required at the time orders are placed.  Deposits can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card payment, and are non-refundable.  Orders are not "on the books" until the deposit has been received.  The remaining balance is then due 7 days prior to the pick up of the order.  One reminder will be issued; if the balance is not received within the allotted time frame, the order will be cancelled.  Short notice orders must be paid in full at the time of order (if ordered within 7 days of event). 

We value your time, and we hope that you value ours as well!  As we are a small family business, we incorporate deliveries and pick ups into our family time.  Thus, we have instituting a late pick up fee effective 8/15/2013. If you will not be able to make your appointed pick up time, please contact us.  If we do not hear from you, and you are more than 30 minutes late for your pick up, there will be a $20 fee.  If you are more than 1 hour late, we will consider the order cancelled and no refunds will be issued. 

We thank you for your support of our bakery as it continues to grow! We hope that these new policies make the ordering process easier for both you and us.  If you currently have an order placed with us, you will continue to follow the payment schedule currently in place (payment due at pick up).
